Everything else

The things that come up

Doctor appointments and escorts, medicine refills, diagnostics at home, and someone to help you through a hospital admission whenever it's needed, at any hour.

Companionship & outings

Not just care. Company.

Growing older isn't only about health, a lot of it is about the quiet. Parents who'd love to catch a film, walk in the park, visit the temple, or drop in on an old friend, but have no one to go with. Our companions don't just supervise from the sofa. They go along, and they enjoy it too.

Ask about companion visits

Available as an add-on to any plan, or booked by the outing.

You're not sure who to trust. That's the right instinct.

Letting a stranger into your parents' home is not a small decision. Most families we meet have already tried something that didn't work, an attendant who stopped showing up, an agency that kept changing the person, a number nobody answered when it mattered. So here's exactly what we can do for your parent, and how we make sure it's done properly.

How we vet

Every caregiver clears all seven, before they meet your family

This is the part that matters most, so we put it first. We'll show you the paperwork for whoever is assigned to your parent. You won't have to ask.

1

Identity verification

Aadhaar, PAN, and permanent address confirmed against original documents.

2

Police verification

Background check completed before any placement.

3

Reference calls

We speak to at least two previous employers ourselves.

4

Health screening

General fitness, TB clearance, and Hepatitis B status confirmed.

5

Hands-on skills assessment

Managing mobility aids and safe transfers, monitoring and reading vitals, medication schedules, and responding correctly when a medical emergency unfolds.

6

Intensive in-house training

Dignity, safe physical care, warning signs, dementia communication, every caregiver, including experienced ones.

7

A monitored first week

Every day of the caregiver's first week, we check in, with them and with your family, so anything wrong surfaces at once.

How it starts

Four simple steps to get started

STEP 01

You call or message

A person answers, not a form. We ask about your parent, their health, their day, and exactly what you're looking for.

STEP 02

You get a care plan

Built around what your parent actually needs. We talk you through it, and we'll help explain it to your siblings too.

STEP 03

You meet the caregiver first

You speak with them on a call before anything is fixed. We only finalise once you're comfortable, then they begin.

STEP 04

We stay close, throughout

We keep in regular touch with both the caregiver and your family, so the care keeps running the way it should.

For families living abroad

The hardest part isn't the money. It's the distance.

Being miles apart when the phone rings, and not knowing whether the person you hired actually showed up today. For families outside India, we do things differently.

Common questions

The things families ask us first

Often not, at first, this is the most common thing families tell us. We introduce the caregiver as help around the house rather than a nurse, and your parent meets and approves them before anything is fixed. Most families start with a one-week trial, and it usually settles within a fortnight.

Tell us and we'll replace them within 24 hours, at no cost. You should never feel stuck with someone who isn't right for your parent.

Both. Our attendants are trained in daily care: hygiene, mobility, meals, and dementia support. For clinical needs like injections, wound dressing, or catheter care, we provide qualified nurses. Whatever level of care your parent needs, you always have one dedicated point of contact.

Our caregivers are trained to recognise warning signs and escalate immediately. Our line is answered 24×7, we coordinate with the hospital, and we inform your family before you find out any other way. On our care-managed plans, a care manager is present at the hospital.
